The Centre for Wildlife Forensics (CWF) at the National Forensic Sciences University, Goa Campus, has been established to strengthen wildlife crime investigation and support conservation efforts through scientific expertise. The Centre aims to provide high-quality education, hands-on training, and research opportunities in wildlife forensics. Its key objectives include developing forensic tools for species identification, assisting law enforcement agencies in wildlife crime cases, and building capacity among students and professionals to support wildlife protection and biodiversity conservation.
